I have 1999 Toyota Corolla Car
Last few days I found Engine Trouble warning is coming in dashboard
I physically check my car, looked fine
Also one my rear wheel has some air pressure problem. Every 10-15 days pressure usually comes to 25 while normal pressure I maintain is 32
Is above Engine trouble warning related to Wheel air pressure ?
As I found as soon as wheel air pressure is normal at 32 & I restart my car
Engine trouble warning goes off from dashboard
Please let me know. Anything else I can do before spening money with garage or mechanic
Also is it UNSAFE to drive when Engine trouble warning is at dashboard ?
Thanks
it is more unsafe to drive a car with different tyre pressure, go get this checked asap

Check Engine light cannot be related to tire pressure. It is bizarre that once the air pressure is normal it goes off! The light indicates some problem with you cars functionality and it depends on the problem that how risky it could be.
It is advisable first to have tire checked for any damage regardless to engine light and then diagnostic for the light.

1. Is charge different for diagnostic report from dealer and local mechanic?
2. Can I bring dealers report to local mech. to do the work or vice-versa?
I know in some Protection plans diagnostic charge is covered, in that case it is always good to go to dealer. Any other thoughts around check-engine-light-on diagnostic/repair?
Hope answers to this will help OP and other readers.
Thanks in adv.

yes

yes, you can bring your report to your local mechanic....one thing keep in mind after repair by local mechanic have to reset the engine light if local mechanic doesn't have proper or latest instruments to do the job than light will be come back again within couple of days,
Normally dealer never except outside report, again they will do diagnose on their end.
