The basic question is if I am short of 2 or 3 days (which I am not as per my calculation) of 730 days will my entry be denied at the port of entry? and how the days are calculated to satisfy the condition of physical presence in Canada.

Can 25th,29th in 2005 and 17th in 2008 and 23rd and 5 th in 2009 be counted as full days for the purpose of determining my PR status.

And the basic answer is as I mentioned earlier that the matter is too tight in terms of number of days. Also you mentioned that you have already been warned by some officer not to leave Canada and that is more the reason you seek some real expert advice. Not sure anybody in this forum will be able to give you a definite answer.
