Address used for delivering PR card will be the same address provided at the port of landing.
It /must/ be a Canadian address.

As for Travel Documents, I believe all adults need to apply in-person.
But best to call and ask since rules may vary in some consulates.

yes they are going to the embassy....

but to my knowlegde they have given Canadian Address for PR cards.. but didn;t follow up with CIC later on about that.
