I stayed in NZ for 18 months. And I had a bad credit rating. Would it make any impact onmy application for PR to Canada,like Back ground check/ Security checks

I believe it would not affect your PR application if the bad credit rating was due to some financial problems, bankruptcy or collection and not because of some fradulent transactions. Generally in security check they are more concerned about a persons criminal background and not for financial background.
