My problem in the condo was that there was polystyrene foam with a thin iron mesh and the dry wall on the top. It was not like the ones in the new homes or independant home. Even if I drill into the dry wall the stud has to go into and grip something in a regular stud and also I could not use a regular wing nut which screws into the wall and then opens up in the back like a T.May be my problem was unique.
