Please help - Town houses near Malvern town centre in Scarborough

Hello Seniors,

i am looking townhouse near by Malvern town center in scarborough(Markham rd and sheppard). i m not really sure about these area as i m living right now in west(Etobicoke). The rent i am paying currently is more than what i would pay for mortgage if i go for one of these townhouses. i am looking to get feed back on gerenral safety and schools nearby for my 5 year old son.

In the past I have heard of gang related activities near that area. Try to visit that place during weekdays and weekends before you make a decision. Also try talking to store clerks near that area.

If the prices are too low that itself it is a clear indication ,,, I would suggest you to compromise on rooms rather than area .
