hi guys, i joined an IT firm in sudbury a week ago, but till now i didnt got any appointment letter or contract. can anyone explain what's going on. i asked for it but hr manager said she will talk with the boss, but got no answer yet. pls reply.

I got my contact after a month, talk to your manager he might tell you how things work...

Have you already started working? Its better to have everything in black n white but I won't read too much into it. Paper or No Paper, if they want - today could be your last day.

You'll be concerned if it is restricted place/area to work (like government).
