Hello Mr. Massood,
I have 2 questions
1) I am planning to apply after 1 year, around August 2005, but can I request the proof of work expericence / letter of reference from my previous employers now and keep them so I that I do not have to rush these things at the last moment?
2) I am currently working as a research assistant in a university here in Canada. My employment contract says that it is a 1 year contract but does not mention any specific hours. It does however mention the yearly pay and that the pay will be paid in equal monthly installment. My question is : How many months does this work experience count as? I had been taking classes full-time during this time.
I appreciate your time and help.
Thank you
1. you can
2. you have to look at the number of hours of work per week. Immigration requires 37.5 hrs per week.
