I had a slim doubt about your leanings. I don't have that any more. Anyone who cries hoarse about the "government takeover of health care" can be nothing but an extreme right winger as the republicans, the tea baggers, Glenn Beck, Shawn Hannity have proved.

Also they talk LIKE YOU, about the "vast bureaucracy that the health care bill will establish".

By the way, have you heard of the GOVERNMENT RUN AND GOVERNMENT OPERATED MEDICARE? I had to use the upper case to point out that this "government run" plan has been around since 1965, a full 45 years. It was passed by President Lyndon Johnson, a democrat. It is one of the best run Government run health care plans.

It might interest you that the right wing republicans then too promised to repeal it when they controlled the white house . congress and the senate. They have not dared to do this because they would invite the wrath of their own voters.

Solution? Did you provide one, except rant and raise the bogey of socialism? Your talking about the consumer courts in matter such as health care does not make sense.

Solutions to something like 40 million uninsured Americans, can not be found in consumer courts. If that was the case, we don't need the white house, 500 congressmen, and 100 senators.

NIGHTMARE : You sure have the right login name: you are a nightmare to anyone who can think logically, is well informed. Do you have any idea of what legislative process is? Do you know what kind of legalese goes into every bill that is introduced in any legislature?

I am sorry for your ignorance. The 2000 pages of bill does not necessarily make it a bad one.

Can you please explain why it is ok for any insurance company to do this to an insured person?

1. Denial of insurance to those with pre-existing conditions.
2. Increase in premiums by up to 40 percent.
3. Denial of insurance when an insured falls sick with life threatening illnesses like diabetes, or cancer.
4. Cap on life time or yearly coverage.
5. Denial of cap on out of pocket expenses by the insured.

Do you know that an estimated 45000 people die every year and a similar number go bankrupt because either they have been denied or have been under-covered?

You do not have substantive facts.......... just rants like a right winger. You have not explained what you mean by "government takeover" of health care.

One last piece of advice. Stop this hatred against Manmohan Singh, Obama, India, .......... And stop watching Fox news. It will do you some good.


By the way the USA came into being only on 6th July 1776. That makes it 234 years old not 250........ that would mean you need to do some homework before you rant.
