Low cost Auto body shop recommendation needed!

I was involved at an at fault accident. My both passenger doors are moderately dented (not so much but the cop can easily pull me over and give me a ticket for it)
I am looking for a low cost Autobody recommendation or atleast a DIY (do it yourself) tips. It gets complicated as there is a strip of plastic (provided by the car company) going in the middle of the door and I need to have it removed for any DIY project and I am not equiped for that.
If anyone could recommend a low cost solution, I would highly appriciate it.

try 152 nantuckett intersection of kenedy and wickware in scarborough lots of small repair shops i use auto source maybe you can check when you get there.
