I am planning to move to Markham, Scarborough, Toronto from USA in Sept 2010.

Can you please suggest a nice apartment complex to rent a 1BHK?

- Should have a big grocery store near by
- Should be closer to the train stations
- Should be closer to the good hospitals.
- Should be free from Bugs and any kind of insets.
- Should be nice neighborhood.

You will hav to come here and look for an apt. Dont worry there are many options to choose from.

- You can also check your preferences on a map
- For schools visit - http://ontario.compareschoolrankings.org/SchoolsByArea.aspx?schooltype=elementary. This will give you a ranking of sorts.
- You might have to pay 4-6 months rent in advance - since you might not have a job or credit history.
