The obituary has been written in India for the Hindu Nationalist Party- Bharatiya Janata Party of India in Gujarat and hence in India.
This will also finish off politically Narendra Modi in Gujarat and hence India.
The future is Congress Party of India under the able leadership of Ms.Sonia Maino Gandhi and her able son Mr.Rahul Gandhi.

'This case is a turning point for Modi'

This is probably the first time in India [ Images ] that a minister in charge of the important home portfolio is on the run.
Amit Shah, Gujarat's minister of state for home, is avoiding a summons issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation in connection with the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case, where Shah has been accused of murder, extortion, kidnapping and criminal conspiracy.
Arjun Modhwadia, the spokesperson for the Opposition Congress party in Gujarat, says this is not the time to demand Shah's resignation, but to ensure that he is arrested.
In this interaction with Rediff.com's Vicky Nanjappa, Modhwadia also feels it is end game for Chief Minister Narendra Modi [ Images ].
What Modhwadia said:
The case was initially with the Gujarat police's CID (Crime Investigation Department). It was the CID which informed the Supreme Court that Sohrabuddin's encounter was fake.
In a sworn affidavit to the Supreme Court the CID also stated that Sohrabuddin's wife Kausarbi was missing.
In the light of these revelations by the CID, the Supreme Court felt it needed to know about the larger conspiracy in the case.
What I am pointing out is that it was the Gujarat CID which pointed out these facts at a time when the CBI was not involved. It was pretty clear what the entire case was all about.
In the entire history of Independent India, it is the first and most peculiar case in which the custodian of the law and the judiciary, the home minister of a state, is absconding both from the law enforcing agencies and the judiciary.
People keep asking me about the man's resignation. I would like to say here that resignation is a very minor issue. It was expected of him to uphold the law. Resignation is not a big issue, but the fact that he is absconding is.
This man is not fit to be free.
I find it shocking that no action has been taken by the state government against him. I find it shocking that he continues to be the home minister of Gujarat.
The Bharatiya Janata Party [ Images ] has a lot to ponder over and also to answer in this case.
This case is a turning point for Chief Minister Narendra Modi. I would say it is the last stroke for him. He would have realised that the violent tactics adopted by him have come to an end.
Mark my words, Modi or the BJP will never ever win an election after this in Gujarat.

The more congress party runs after Modi and supports muslim cause in Gujrat, the more chance is that Modi will win election 4th time.
Not only he does development in Gujrat but as long as Modi is anti muslim and congress is anti Modi and pro muslim, Modi cant be defeated.

This article seems to be written by some newbie or a congress supporter who has no idea how Gujarati's think. Gujaratis are not that stupid to change their mindset based on a single incident.
Also, what has Gujarat Congress to offer to a non-Muslim, non-SC/ST Gujarati?
More they spew venom about Modi, more is the resolve of Gujaratis to reelect him.
Forget about defeating him for a long long time & stop wasting your and others time by churning prophecies about Modi that have no meaning for Gujaratis.
I am not a supporter of Modi, but seeing that congress is behind his life for Gujrat anti muslim riots, It reminds me how congress got killed thousand of sikhs in Delhi and Haryana, thousands killed 26 years back and not a single conviction. Upto the day hindus of Gujrat support Modi , he can not be defeated by Congress.
If Congress comes to know that they can get in power by killing muslims, sikhs, christians etc they will do it.

Sheela Bhatt is known baiter of BJP and Modi. Her article, surprisingly, assumes guilt before charges are proved. She never did this kind of assumption about Lalu, A.Raja or other politicians from Kangress and affiliated parties.
The whole saga is a mix of tragedy and comedy played by various characters.
One thing about which there is no dispute is that Shorabuddin was a hard core criminal who had brought to knees the mining industry in Rajasthan. He had extorted a huge amount and was a right hand man of Daud and thus directly financing terrorist activities in India. However, ELM which is gloating in Modi’s defeat has not written a word about this. A person not aware of this (Many readers are) would read /assume some anti muslim bias of Modi and BJP. Whatever may be the truth, Shorabuddin’s death was certainly a good thing.
Amit bhai, a suave politician has proved him to be a stupid and arrogant politician who was brazen enough to talk over cell phone. A more seasoned person would have used public telephone or a cell phone registered in name of congress worker.
Helplessness of the police force is so tragic. Shorabuddin had numerous criminal cases against him but was walking free all the time. Sheela Bhatt’s hypocrisy is exposed when she talks about “modern Indian democracy” without elaborating which”Modern democracy” allows a criminal with hundreds of cases walk free and threatening law abiding citizens.
CBI has reinforced their credentials as a state organ which thrives in fixing political issues on behalf of the ruling party.
Kangress has again displayed their true color as an anti national party by pursuing this relentlessly while doing nothing about providing security to Indian citizens from terrorists or catching Daud “Bhai”. Just cheap Nehruvian economics and vengeful Indira politics.
Indian voter’s apathy to any political developments is reinforced.
While hundreds and thousands of policemen and security forces are killed on Kashmir front and Maoist insurgency, Indians are very complacent enjoying T20, the cheap drama about Lalit Modi and Bollywood flicks largely plagiarized from Hollywood.
The biggest villain is Supreme Court which is highly compromised. SC’s decision in Ambani case was a crowning moment when SC refused to recognize MOU which had passed Bombay HC scrutiny twice. The corrupt then CJI KGB (Who advocated marriage of raped girl with the rapist!) set a precedent in Ambani case.
SC so over-zealously pursuing Shorabuddin case has done nothing to award justice to culprits of Anti Sikh riots case or Hindu Kashmiri pundits. There are zillions of cases pending in courts and SC has done nothing to expedite.
However, being from Gujarat I do believe that people of Gujarat are not going to punish Modi or Amit Shah on this count at least.
