Why chandrababu is gone ?

IT savvy never reached to poor peoples and rural end of AP.

I thing I would like to still say, the number of scams were much higher in the congres ruling.

Very very interesting indeed. I would've voted for the BJP, they're far from perfect but between them and Cong., I always thought they were the lesser evil.

My Dad was in A.P. for a while and even a couple of years ago, he told me how Chandrababu was so focused on Hyderabad and technology, the rest of A.P. was reeling. I don't think A.P.'s poor and illiterate did very good under him.

Cong's strong showing in Gujarat is really surprising. I'm sure the communal disturbances and the bad rap that followed have something to do with it. Otherwise, Gujarat has always been a BJP stronghold.

I'm not too pleased at the prospect of Sonia becoming the Indian P.M., it'll be a sad day. But hey, that's the price you pay for democracy.

guess you guys know the results now.

Kenee-jerk reaction...dont want to be ruled by an outsider(a bit hard to digest). Maybe prejudiced thinking at work? Then again we now have a chance to find out if its a good or a bad thing. Maybe she is not an outsider anymore.

If an person born in India can become a minister in Canada, Fiji, Singaport, USA, South Africa - why can't Sonia become the leader of India?

Sonia - Prime Minister. Any guesses on the other portfolios?

I presume we are gonna have a jumbo cabinet....
Wont be surprised if Mulayam Singh becomes the deputy prime minister.
Ajit Singh- Agriculture.
Govinda- Films.
