Thanks, thats clears it up.

For a moment, I was a little worried that my ancestors were people like Gautama Buddha, Gandhi, Ramakrishna, Vivekananda, Kabir, Dara Shikoh, Amir Khusro, Salim Chisti and other great saints and people from other walks of life. But now I will just tear up my family tree and simply put "Descendent of Ghori" ( and East India company of course).

Case closed. Mystery solved.
