They dont need to bring $10000 cash per family so multiply this no. with the no. of families in the ship is like a jackpot. Moreover, they are going to get monthly aid and other benefits from the pocket of honest and hardworking taxpayers.

Countries like Australia have denied them but Canada will give everthing they need
since we have the best Refugee system in the world.
Guys keep working hard and keep paying expenses for these refugees.
I agree. Keep working hard and do not lift your bitts untill you pay enough taxes to support these terrorist elements this time and again and again in future. Thanks to them who are kind enough to take advantage of Canada's lame and duck refugee policy and help and increase crminal elements in our societies.

I should have tried as a Refugee - everthing would have been paid and fast track.

At one time, France and West Germany had one of the most liberal refugee policies, similar to what Canada is offering today.
France and Germany accepted huge numbers of immigrants particularly from North Africa and the middle east (Sri Lanka did not have these problems back then).
Most of the south asian refugees went to the UK at that time.
That type of unchecked refugee immigration created lots of social tensions and acceptance issues in those countries.
Also, the social welfare system got over-stretched because of that.
Eventually, all 3 of those countries gradually closed to gates.
Canada today is going down that road already traveled by those countries and I suspect, in time, Canada will end up doing the same as what they did.

Demographically speaking, I read (cant remember the link) that the country needs about 200,000 people every eyar for the next 20 yrs. May be this is a part of the "overall strategy".
