Hi,

In August 2010, I came to Canada as Skilled Worker PR Immigrant. After that I got job in Regina, SK and moved to Regina. Still my family in India (my wife & 2 kids) and they have PR immigrant VISA. Do they come directly to Regina and join me?

They need to land in Canada before the expiry of their VISA. They can land in any city in Canada including Regina but not in quebec.
