In Canada , Toronto is the best place to stay...
We left India for better money and life....
To me Toronto is the best place in terms of JOB, facilites and growth.
Toronto might be little down at the moment due to slow economy but it will rise soon .... and what are the chances moving to other provinces ? they will have same problem later on.
Anything happen in global market chances are Toronto hit the first because is the biggest business city in Canada and other provinces will follow after .
so it might look little insecure at the moment but Dont forget it will rise faster then other provinces
BY THE WAY THIS IS MY VIEW BUT everyone has different situations.

It all depends on individual. If u r looking for a job... come with an offer in hand. Otherwise u may have to struggle and it all depends on luck. You do get some job initially. Not many factory jobs like TO.
Accomodation is around 450 in Desi home. Car is good to have . Insurance is less than 100. Grocery is costly. Not much to spend time.... again it all depends onn how u look at it and what interests you.
Two small temples and a Gurudwara.
It is cold but if u have car or live close to job then it is fine.
Your aim is a major deciding factor.
