Any one travelling from canada to india in this month or next month??

hii all,
i need an help from a person who is travelling from canada to india, actually my wife is living in Regina, she applied for PR for both of us, and i sent my passport through one of our friend last month who carried and gave it to my wife, last week my wife received our passport with visa stamped, now i want some one to carry my passport from my wife to india(since passport can not be sent throught courier or post out of country, but by person we can send our passport) plz if anyone travelling, plz let me know, this would be great help, there is absolutely no problem in this, also you need to carry only my passport , nothign else,

Mani_Flowers: It is possible that no one is travelling from Regina to your place in that particular time, hence no replies to you.

You have been mistakenly informed. Passports are mailed out of the country all the time. See the below link

Just be sure to insure and send it by highest possible security option.

Thanks a lot for your answer MR.Rajagopal,
but the fact is we can not send indian passport from inside india and to an indian address from any other country,
actually at first i send my passport from india through DHL courier from india to my wife in regina, but in mumbai airport custom officials cought my passport and they sent it back , i was lucky enough to get my passport back,i asked almost all the courier service in india, they refused to accept pack with passport,
then i got one of my freind going to canada after 10 days, i sent my passport through him , he carried and gave it to my wife
i then googled for information, i came to know, few of them use to sent, but for some they got the passport back after few months only,(returned without delivery)
i seriously dont want to take risk, and i also if u see the last page of passport its clearly mention that its illegal to send passport through courier, but we can send through a person

plz if you any of your friend coming to india from any part of canada, plz inform me, i can ask my wife to courier my passport to the person address in canada(passport can be couried within country)

You are right in not taking the risk of sending the passport through post or courier, especially when you have visa stamped on it .

i would suggest everyone in my state not to use courier to send passport to/fro india, you might get into problem, thats for sure,

anyway if anyone know a person who is coming to india from canada plz tell me, thanks a lot
