I have been a regular visitor to this site and want to thank all that have been posting some very helpfull information.

Would really appreciate if the experts could provide some clarifications on this situation that I have.
Facts: I received an interview waiver in AUG 2003 (Skilled Independent Immigrant category) My wife and I completed the medical in Dec 2003. Now I have received documents for additional medical (for me) in May 2004.

Q? Will the VISA (when it is issued) have a validity of 1 year from my original medical date i.e. DEC 2003. or Will the VISA have a validity of 1 year from the time that I complete this additional medical formalities that they have requested i.e May 2004.

Please advise.
