Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre(DBNC) is organizing an information session on ‘Canadian Taxes’ on Thursday, February 17, 2011, from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at 3439 Fieldgate Drive,, Mississauga, ON L4X 2J3.

The session will discuss the importance of filing annual taxes, explain terms like CCTB,WITB,RRSP,TFSA,T4 and NOA. The clients would also learn different modes of filing the taxes and receiving the tax refund. Information would be provided on what all expenses can be claimed, what are the benefits for the newcomers and how to declare the world income and overseas properties?

All services provided by this centre are free.

This event is being provided as part of the Immigrant and Settlement Adaptation Program funded by the Government of Canada through Citizenship and Immigration Canada

Child care will be provided for those who confirm their participation in advance
