Hi All,
i need some advice...proble is my sister is married here n her husband's ex girlfrnd is a headache for her..her husband is paying child support n child care to her,its almost $1200 per month..is there is anybody who can advise us regarding this matter ?according to her child support is ok but why he is paying for child care?$1200 is a very big ammount...is there is anyone who can advice us or help us...?
His galfrnd is already married to some one else now...still he is paying child support+child care....please advise....thank you

It must be as a result of a court order and it is related to what the husband makes.
I heard from 640 am, a few weeks back that it is very difficult to reverse this. The only option would be if the husband suddenly becomes "unemployed' or he shifts from "payroll job to a consultants job" (wink!wink!.. Nudge.. Nudge!!). Then he can apply to the courts to revisit the order based on his new circumstances !
Hope you know that if your sis. husdband even refuses to pay a month and the ex complains, they family services board will harrass him like a collection agency and can even revoke his drivers license !!
Never play in canada ! The Govt. will catch you anyways !!
