How to Claim Charitable Donations made in India ?

Hi,

Can I claim Charitable Donations made in India in my Tax return file in Canada?
I made charitable donation to R.K.Mission (Lucknow) towards improvement of the Hospital there.I do have the receipt and details(including there PAN account number etc).
Will appreciate your feedback.
