This is nothing new, these applicants come in as entrepreneurs on the 'business class' category - bring in CAD 300,000 and walk right in, no other conditions, with the exception of the health and security checks......

i know that.
I was thinking more in terms of farmers who dont have 300,000 $.
Then some sort of points system would have to be instituted.
