Guys,
I'm noticing that a lot of people asking Massood questions leave a heading like "Massodji, please help" or "Massood, what do I do?" etc etc. Please don't do this, it does not help people who need answers to the same questions. If your post has a relevant title, it may help other people who're searching for information and that way questions don't get repeated to Massood.
So please title your posts such that they're related to the question you're asking. The only thing you have to do is to post it in the IMMIGRATION EXPERT section and Massood will answer when he has a chance. You don't have to put his name in the title.
Also some other reminders
1) Do not post excessively long questions in paragraphs that are hard to read. Please take some time to format your question so that's its easily readable.
2) Its not a good idea to ask questions of extreme urgency or importance on a public forum, reasons for this should be obvious. In these cases, it be better to hire professionals. Massood's firm has offices in India for this or you may contact other lawyers of your choice.
3) If you are asking follow-up questions, please don't start a new thread for this. Continue in the old thread.
4) Please spell his name right, its not "Massod" or "Masood", its Massood. We don't want to upset our most valued resource.
Thanks.

Thank you my friend! I would say YOU are our most valuable resource, not me.

Henceforth, I will NOT respond to any post that has my name misspelt. If people can't bother spelling my name correctly, they are not serious, they are selfish and don't deserve my FREE attention.
This may sound harsh, but I just want people to realise that the free advice I dispense here is valuable time I could spend with my family [or golfing].
Also, please don't send me private notices. I don't read/respond to them. I already have tons of emails to sift through daily.
I have also stopped replying to posts, when I'm away from Canada. Main reasons are slow internet & time.
Finally, BL is right. If something is really urgent, for goodness sake hire a lawyer. Don't expect everything for free ... although I bend over backward to respond to queries.

Guys ,
I second and third BLs statement . We are in fact fortunate 2 have a Consultant such as Massood amongst us who advises us 4 gratis .
Its a folly 2 misuse his willingness . Imperative , please keep ur queries small meaningfully worded and titled correctly 2 benefit others' references .
And PLEASE check the archives first b4 posting a duplicate / similar query . If we have a service lets utililize it n a civilised way !! Otherwise 4 ur misdemeanor other genuine members will pay .
Regards,
Manasvi
I fully agree with BL and Massood , rather this step should have done much before...You can't ask for free advises all the time....My request to the forum members that is we must understand the limitations of other person as well. Afterall, Massood is also a Human being....eh....sorry....a real Good Person who is a strong supporter (Life Line) of this site....
Guys...now we must take this message seriously and also make new member understand it's "Appropriate Usage" for all of us ...we (some) people have tendency to take everything free of cost....but we should change / inculcate the right set of discipline among all our members.....not to ask too much from our senior....we MUST LOOK for earlier posts...and it is my experience that we will find plenty of such similar querries listed before...one simply needs to try....and finally, let's get out this habit of taking short cuts....Immigration and settlement is a serious Issue...you should not expect this to be discussed openly on this forum with such trivial questions..
Yes, I AM WELL AWARE THE VERY BASIC CAUSE OF THIS SITE ...BUT WE MUST REMEMBER THAT YOU SIMPLY CAN NOT DEMAND THINGS ALONE....YOU HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE THEM AS WELL.....then only the real purpose comes through...
Sorry for being harsh...but that's the fact...and we have to accept it...and please do not take it personally...I don't mean to hurt anyone...
Maverick
Sorry Manasvi....I agree with you also and appreciate your views on the subject..
Maverick...
