IF a child is born to a canadian resident couple, ouside canada then , how can the new born enter canada.
far as i know..if you are a citizen the child is automatically canadian as well. a citizen though..

...then you can try to get visitor visa for child even though chances are slim and after entering Canada sponser from within Canada OR either of the parent has to come to Canada and proceed with sponsership.

if not a citizen, then child takes on citizenship of country born in and/or citizenship of parents.
