I flew by Jet in March to fro India.

1) Nothing great to speak about the Airlines. It is as good as others.
2) Ordered special food, it was not there.
3) Lienent with bagage around +2Kg
4) Good for old people as all the staff is hindi or punjabi speaking.
5) Washrooms are well kept.
6) Fellow passengers are little bit irritating though we are same breed. They will push the chair to back even if you are having your food. You will hear lot of burps.
7) Line up for boarding is nuisance. Everyone wants to board first.
8) Food is little bit on spicy side.
9) Brussel Airport- Do not carry liquid more than 100 ml. They will throw it out. There is no free water at Brussel Airport. I end up spending $5 for 500 ml of sparkling water.
10) Flight time back home is nuisance. 3.30 AM in the morning. I was there at Airport with my family and mother at 10.00AM and then waited at lounge at the Airport.

Next time, I will try Lufthansa for sure.

I personally liked the in-flight service. The vegetarian food was not too bad compared to KLM. Staff were courteous. Price I paid was the best deal at that time and I have no regrets. The only problem I had was the domestic connecting domestic fliggths. The Toronto flight terminated/originated in Chennai and I was travelling to Visakhapatnam via Hyderabad. The flight landed in Chennai from Toronto at roughly 2 AM and the flight to Hyderabad was at 7:30 AM - by the time I reached Visakhapatnam it was Noon the following day. It was the same story again while coming back to Toronto.

I hope we will also have a good experience in-flight..Only thing that troubles me is the time of flight-14hrs non-stop.As we will be travelling with our son(5years),I pray that he will cope up with the looong flight....

Thanks for your inputs....

Hi
Our experience with Jet is good. Good inflight service, air-hostess took care of our daughter while we had some shut-eye, also had preferred checkin at Delhi airport while coming back since we were travelling with a 2 yr old. Nothing to complain about.
