Hi
I will be travelling with my family from Mumbai to Toronto via London on one way ticket. As per Travel agent no UK visa's are required, but some of my friends says that if you are in transit for change of flight than also UK visa's are required. If any body who have travelled by British Airways, pls clarify..

I have travelled twice on BA from Bahrain to Toronto and I too had the same question. Well from my experience you don't need a visa as you will be in transit. The British embassy will not give a definite answer though. Considering you have a valid visa for Canada you should not have any problems. At London they will want to see the visa before you board the flight for Toronto.
