Hello friends,
I got a renewal notice in mail for renewal of my auto insurance from TD Insurance and it is a rip off. My monthly premium is going to increase by $ 100+ . I do not understand why? I did not have any accident and I got my G in Dec'2011 which I already reported to the insurer.
What are my options? Which other insurers/agents I can contact to get resoanable rates?
I would appreciate all your inputs please.

I found 'Stetefarm' and 'Johnson Insurance' cheaper than TD during my renewal. I got the quotation from Johnson which was about 40% less than the TD insurance. SF was about 20% less and RBC was 10% less than TD.
In your case it would be difficult for you to get Johnson as they need more experience with G class but I am sure that you can get cheap rates from SF and RBC insurance.

You should also check All State insurance. I got a good rate from them and only paying cad 185 for auto + renter insurance.

Be careful while choosing an auto insurance company as State farm will offer you low rates initially but will keep increasing the rates with every renewal....my rates have gone up by >40% in last 2 years...(over 4 renewals)
