I wouldnt agree when you say that Canada is a land of dummies. We dump our garbage in Michigan. Talk about that.

I was hoping to find a precedence somewhere....the closest I came was

Alberto Fujimori (Peru)...tuurns out he was borth in PEru and not in Japan.....what a dissapointment.
