Not really sure if there's anything to that effect in Judaism, but there's a surefire way of making the world a better place for future generations, ain't it? 
And what better way to keep your bp always normal than looking thru the "eye for an eye" lens all your life? Take that mentality to the Walmart, the cinema, your office etc etc and you can be sure of mental peace for as long as you live.
In any case, I sure am proud that a bonafide rocket scientist and a Phd are leading India.

Blue its a passage from exodus(old testament/torah) which is in the jewish 'written law'. However most scholars agree that the written law needs the oral law to specify its meaning. The oral law is often not as harsh as the written law. However, extremists will be extreminsts. Hatred does not need a reason because it has nothing to do with somone else and everything to do with oneself.
Although it is everyones right to an opinion, I'm not sure if we really want to hear racist name calling in almost every post by some( and I'm not talking about 'gora'). At the same time some of these threads AND the original post does sometimes contain useful info. I hope we can desist from the unnecessary racism. It seriously undermines the calibre of this forum.
