So here the comment is that you have to enter Canada before your PR card expires even if you have not stayed for two years out of five years for which your PR card was valid. For instance, if your card expires in Aug 2013, and till date, beginning from Aug 2008, you have not stayed in country for more that a week In this case if you stay in Canada for more that two years starting from April 2012 onwards. What will happen to the PR card renewal and when should one apply for the card renewal (or new card) ! Would it be illegal for anyone in this situation to stay in Canada after Aug 2013. !
