I will be writing the test in a couple of days. I just printed out the Q&A from this site. How hard is the test? Is couple of days of preparation ok. How many questions will be there and how long it takes.
Any tips is appreciated.
Hi,
When I wrote my citizenship test, it was very very easy. All of the questions were just common sense 
. And in my test, there were around 50 multiple choice questions, we had to choose any one answer.

I am rading hte booklet sent by CIC. Is that enough?

It took abot 10 months to get the test date after I submitted the application. In feb. this year went to the CIC office on Catherine St. to check. Was told that it takes some more time. After two months I got the letter for the test.

Deal With Reality or Reality Will Deal With You
The test is very very easy. In fact you do not need to go through any thing other than the booklet they send you. Going through all those other questions available here is, IMHO, only overkill. I only read the booklet a couple of times and I finished the test in less than 5 minutes flat and scored correct on all the questions. The test does not even require that you answer all the questions. I do not remember the exact figure but we had some 20 questions and were told that we needed some 12 or so correct answers, besides a couple of compulsory questions.
This experience of mine is of course not from Ottawa. Maybe they have different examination strategies, in which case you will be better advised by someone from Ottawa.
