My father arraived to Toronto at Port Of Entry they asked him how much he want to stay and he said 6-8 months, however the officer is good enogh to awawrd him with 2 year visa and ask him to update his insurance after 1 year of stay.

going though all supervisa post and found TIC name in most post, are they providing lower rate or is there any other benefits going with TIC ?
