Hi All,
Can canadian citizen travel from from USA to India.
I have a family friend which lives in windsor,ontario. Instead of going from Toronto, they are preferring to take flight from detroit or chicago.
Will they have any issue at the check in time. e.g. why are you travelling from usa instead of canada.?
Assuming they cross the border without any issue.

There will be no problems. Detroit based airlines, immigration, etc know a majority of the Canadians in Windsor area fly out of Detroit. It could be cheaper and most definetely convenient than flying out of Toronto.
