Rajcanada: A tip for future. If you buy stuff on credit card, the second year (or 1 additional year) is covered by most major credit cards..did you get your claim in the second year?
I did buy it through credit card but was told the claim probably will not go through. To me it sounded like they have a lot of exclusions to their warranty program. The rep told me to fill the claim form anyway and send it but I never pursued it.
