Hi,
I brought something online some time back - however the goods have not been shipped yet. The vendor tells me that they are not in stock but have charged them to my card.
I have to pay the credit next week. I had called the credit card issuer but they have told me its a issue between me and the seller?
What should I do?

If the goods have not been shipped yet , you can cancel your order depending on the company policies . It sounds weired though that you have been charged before the company shipped the goods . Vendor can have the purchasing amount on hold with CC CO untill the transaction is complete. I generally buy lot of stuff online and I have a different experience . When I am unable to resolve any issue with vendor I call my CC company ( VISA ) and I had never been turned down .
