Hi,
TD has suggested that I upgrade my credit card to TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite Card from the Cash Back card that I currently hold.
They have also told me that my credit limit is now 13500 up from the current 1500 that I have. Is that a good limit to have ?
Anybody has any thoughts?
thanks ,
GG

"When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened for us"
it depends...if you travel often, you can go in for these travel cards, which you can exchange for free flights. The more the credit limit, the more your credit worthiness, ofcourse you need to clear your monthly bills in full. I find canadian tire card, the best one, since you get canadian tire money which can be used in canadian tire stores
So what is the value of a TD point?
I know they are giving away 20000 points upon signing up.
thx

Yes, I saw that. Its 120 bucks.
I am trying to figure out whether its worth it. You get Travel Medical Insurance (I am already covered at work), Trip Cancellation, Delayed/Lost Baggage, No Fee American Express Travellers Cheques.
What do you think?

If you have to pay $120 as annual fee then go for
the best value for money.
It provides all that you mentioned plus free Credit Smart and upfront 15000 pts.
No Bias.Hope this helps.

pay for a year take the points and try out for a year ..if you dont like the idea of paying 120 dollars every year discuss options to move with points to cards with reward points and no fees
