Friends, this is a strange scenario. I and my husband got our PR cards (from our May-07 landing) and we were waiting for the cards for our kids. We've received a letter from CIC saying that my Son's picture is not of the correct size (special size for PR cards). They have given phone no's to call and make a picture appointment. How we are going to do that when we are not in Canada? What surprises me is how this is possible, the pictures for all of us were taken at a time and in same size, when I and hubby got our cards what can get wrong with kids picture?
Anyone who had a similar experience? What do we do here?
Jona
Could be any number of reasons - picture not clear, slightly incorrect dimensions, etc.

Thanks Pratickm, I agree with you till some extent, our reasons to have the PR cards were two
-First we intend to visit Canada often, this Sep, again Feb08...
-Second the Latin American country we live in does not have Canadian consulate, we apply for Visa’s via post to the nearest country and it also takes 3-6 weeks in mail/courier with the risk of passports flying in-out.
PR cards are one time hassle. I'll try calling CIC to see what they suggest.
Thanks.............Jona
