Hi Desis,
I had made my landing along with my family of 4 on the month of March and returned to Uae. We have received 3 pr cards and we are yet to receive the card of my second daughter in the mean while have received communication staing that either of the parent will have be have to be present in Canada with in 180 days from the date of receipt of letter with no exceptions because the photograph of my daughter is not on line with the specifications. I was origionally planning to come to Canada by the mid of next year but now iam confused. i hereby request the senior desis is there any o solution to overcome this issue and i come to canada as per my plans.

Since they (CIC) have not given you much of a choice, the best thing to do is to let your wife and your second daughter appear here in Canada and complete the formalities and return back to UAE. You could stay there and continue in your work and prepare to move in at a later date as planned.
This will be to your best advantage.
You all have been here and have gone through the system once and see if your wife can repeat the same procedure here and complete the same. Hopefully the card should follow at a later date.
Please make sure that you get a PRTD for your daughter and provide your wife with an authorization letter permitting her with the custody of the second daughter for the travel of the two to Canada and return.
