I would appreciate your comments on my issue :
I applied for PR last year and received Interview Waiver , however along with the letter are medical forms and requirements stated for additional documents which are Police Verification report from India +USA and experience certificates.

The deadline for the medical is 60 days from May26th and Police report is 90 days

My major issue is that i have very contacts back home and i am not sure of steps need to be taken to attain Police report from India , if the time taken crosses 90 days would that mean failure to comply and a negative marking for my case?

I was under the impression that medicals can be taken at any time but since the letter states 60 days i am not sure how it works.

If you could provide your comments on it i would be gratituded.

Hi ashish,

You don't need to get the PCC from India, You can get it from the country where you are at present with in max of one weeks time.

Contact you nearest Indian High commission, they issues PCC based on your passport. You need to go personally and submit your original passport with some fees, they will issue PCC in 2 or 3 days.

Reg medical, it always 60 days deadline, and will be valid for one year,
with in this one year you are suppose to complete all formalities and land
in Canada.
