My wife met with and accdent in June2009 and was taken away to the hospital. Police never took any report from her. 10-12 days after Police came to my house gave a report and ticket for Careless driving. Soon after we went to court to fight the ticket. In Aug 2009 I got the letter from court saying that there is no offence registered in court for this ticket, but issuing authority have a chance to come back to you in next 6 month of period of time to issue new ticket for the same offence. Now this period of 6 month is finish in Feb 2010. Nothing happened. I don't know where I stand.

Secondly I got ticket by the Police in the month of April 2009 on rendom checking and I was having expired Insurance Pink slip with me. I then presented to the court to challange against this offance. Since then I am waiting to here something from the court to challange this ticket.

Please guide me if someone really know the concequances and ruling of it.

There are two separate issues and both are complicated.

You should consult a Paralegal involved in Traffic Tickets in your local area.
