I got the interview waiver letters and a list of documents that they want us to send such as transcripts in sealed (?) envelopes and police clearance.
The letter also says NOT to do medical for the six months.
Can any of you gurus out there make any sense out of this. why they want me to wait 6 months for medical?

Thank you.
One more question, can you shed some light on sealed transcripts. Does this mean that the transcript should have the instt seal on it or does it mean that the transcript should be sealed in an envelope with the instt seal.
Another problem is that my wife is from Agra univ and i dont think i can get a sealed transcript from there while sitting in US. Is there a way out. We have her original transcripts etc with Univ seal on it but nothing with a sealed envelope.
what they mean by sealed envelope is that to make sure that the transcripts have not been tampered with and I am not sure how you will be able to get a sealed transcript from agra.
If you have somebody in agra then ask them to put the transcripts in an envelope and put the university's stamp where you close the envelope so if someone were to open the envelope then the stamp would break.
And then ask them to mail it to you......and you have sealed transcripts to go.

I had someone go to Agra Univ. It looks like we will not be able to get any transcripts whatsoever, sealed or not. They are moving to some computerized system and are not issuing any transcripts. I have the originals with me but dont want to part with them. What happens if i tell CIC to take a hike on this one! I mean they are being very constipated about the whole thing. First asked me to take IELTS (this after 8 years in US), now they want me to provide all these documents again. I can understanf security clearance etc. Where it gets my goat is when they want me to provide a letter from my employer staing the main duties, salaries and future prospects on the job. Future prospects! Future prospects wont be too good if i tell them that i am moving to canada.
Can i say something like "cant get sealed transcripts from Agra, here are the copies of the originals i have. Good luck! "
Worst case, they will give me zero points for adaptability, i have 72 without those, so who cares.
Bottom line, i dont plan to act mean to CIC or any of those things though they have given me plenty reasons. just want to know what happens if i cant get the damned sealed transcripts. If i give them good reasons, provide copies and beg and cavort at their feet, will they let me be, or will they reject my application outright?
thanks in advance
Mishraji,
I am probably getting same sort of difficulties as u have faced before. Now this time its turn for transcripts.. Did u managed transcripts fo your application or CIC agreed without that ??
