Hi,
My wife received an email from CIC to submit passport. However they haven't specifically mentioned the address where the passport needs to be mailed. There are 2 addresses that i traced. The one in the email:
Immigration Section / Section de l’immigration
High Commission of Canada / Haut-Commissariat du Canada
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi
India / Inde

And the one in the footer of the attachment:
Immigration Section - Service de l’Immigration
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209 New Delhi 110021 India

Please confirm to which address you have sent the passport. Also which is the secured way to send the passport. They indicated that they don't accept hand deliveries.

Best option is to e-mail back to CIC to confirm the address. Blue-Dart is the best way to send passport in India.

Dude / Dudess,
Both the addresses are the same.
If sending by courier, send to 7/8 Santhipath. Your package will be taken at the entrace gate by the person appointed by the consulate to receive mail.
Most couriers / registered post will not accept P.O.Box numbers.

Thanks. I happened to call directly to ND, they said the same thing what tamilkuravan said. Its just their directions to send the passport wasn't stated clearly. Hopefully, this will help future CDs.
