Anybody tried to dry fish on sunlight? If not any places in Vancouver to get dried Natal fish?

if Hydro is free for you in Vancouver / your home, try putting it in the gas oven at a mild temp for a many hours.
Donot forget to salt it before drying it.
Be warned that the oven smell like crazy for a few days after this process.
