I guess you will need to wait longer. See this. The Idiot looking rather criminal looking P Chidambaram is coming up with yet another Scheme to Support Builders under name of reducing prices. I bet prices will further escalate before the tipping point comes and they go down by 80 % or so .. Trust me after that u won't feel like buying one "Bad Liability"
