I am yet to see another line of work where people switch so much to , from other areas ..... reason ... entry is relatively easier and money potential is good ..... No wonder every Tom , Dick and Harry is a real estate agent ...

Put the commission down to 1% and a majority will fly away ... Under any case due to over supply most of the realtors are already doing so by offering 1 % cash back payment ..... or selling property for that % .

Hi ,

A friend of mine is in the market to buy a house in Mississauga ( Winston Churchill - Eglinton area)

PM me if you can refer me a good buyer's realtor staying in / around that area who may / may not offer 1% cash back.

No ethics / morality advice / debate needed please - simply names / references with whom you or your friends may have had a good experience with ... please pm .. this may help the concerned gentleman ... Thanks.

DO you still need a realtor for your friend. I have a friend realtor with whom I have a history of very successful 6-7 transactions. Highly reliable operates in Msauga and Brampton area. Do you want his reference ?

In this super inflated price scenario, I would expect the buying agent to split at least 50% commission back to me..... The closing cost sends you stars flying in front of your eyes....

Why buyer pays everything... (indirectly).
