I know this is a long shot since ours is a Canadian site, but can't hurt, since I know we get many visitors from the U.S.

My sister lives in the U.S. near Charlotte N.C. and is looking for a job as a Billing Analyst in a Telecom company. She has 2 yrs. experience working in the same capacity in Detroit and has worked in the Tech sector in India quite extensively as well. However she's having a tough time finding something similar in the Carolinas, since not too many Tech companies have bases there (except for RTP in Raleigh, I guess).
