Hello Guru's,
I'm in process of applying PR for myself, wife and two kids. However, I wish to apply for my father and dependent sister along with my application. My sister has learning dis-order, hence she cannot take her own care independently.
My plan is to submit all 6 applications at once. Presently I'm working in Canada on work permit since last 5 months. Fortunately my employer is willing to help me with the documentation required from their side.
Please let me know if it is a good idea to apply for all at once?
What are the complications involved (considering father and sister's application) ?
What is way out?
Appreciate your help!
Many thanks!

Only PR holders or citizens can sponsor their parents. You need to first obtain your PR, before applying for your parents. You will need to meet certain income criteria to qualify for the sponsorship.
The process of parental sponsorship could take 7-10 years, by the time your application comes around. And no, there is nothing that you can do which will speed up the process
Your sister is typically the type of dependent that the Canadian Government does not want to come to Canada due to the alleged burden on healthcare and social services. Therefore, it would be an uphill battle for you to get her PR along with your parents. You need to consult a good immigration lawyer for this part.
