Does any one know good travel agents, I am planning to book the tickets for (Ahmedabad) but the price I checked seems to be too high Emirates is around $2400 and Etihad is around $1900, I am sending my 2 daughters in June end..

Should I wait till last moment and see if the price will drop ...I don't know how these people work, I have seen people have paid around $ 1300 - $1500.

What is the best time to buy? Does any one has bought the ticket to India for the month of June/July. Please let me know.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated

You basically need to keep checking for the prices. There is no firm think, but generally there are some trends indicating when the prices will be lower.

The best thing to use price notification subscription tool from websites like kayak, where you can indicate travel window and from and to airports and it will notify when the price drops to the level you want.

Also not all airlines participate in the search from a given website so try multiple websites. Also try some of the airlines website directly.
