My grandmother is coming to canada on a super visa and not a regular visitor visa.

Can she apply for a US visitor visa from canada or will she be asked to go back to home country like in the case of a regular canadian visitor visa holder?

I donot have your answer but need to check with you that how much time it takes you to get super visa. I am also thinking to apply super visa for my mom.
